Vitamin E
- Vitamin E has been associated with better heart and circulatory health, reduced risk of infections, anti-inflammatory properties, and the reduction of body-ageing free radicals.
 ADM is the largest producer of natural-source vitamin E –, the form that's absorbed and retained by the body at approximately double the rate of typical synthetic forms.- ADM has the broadest vitamin E product line, with alcohols, acetates and succinates in a wide range of manufacturer-friendly forms for capsules and tablets, and for food and beverage applications.

Mixed Tocopherols
ADM is also the leading provider of another important related nutrient group, mixed tocopherols, supplied as the ADM Decanox™, brand. We are able to adjust our processes to create customised products, such as a high-gamma tocopherol grade.
Isoflavones
- ADM operates the world’,s largest soya isoflavone concentrate facility.
- Our Novasoy® brand’,s familiar “,green leaf”, logo can be found on over 125 supplement brands all over the world.
- We offer isoflavones in concentrations from 20% to 70%, in products specially compounded to facilitate handling and tabletting. These include Novasoy DC direct compression grade.
Lecithin
ADM is the leading manufacturer of lecithin. Used extensively as an emulsifying agent in a wide range of foods, it is also a good source of the phospholipid choline, which research suggests may help maintain and support liver health and cognitive brain function. ADM produces both a liquid form for capsule manufacture and a de-oiled powdered form.
Phytosterols
ADM also produces phytosterol and phytosterol esters –, a class of plant-derived compounds that have proven effective in blocking the absorption of cholesterol. ADM has been granted Novel Foods approval for its phytosterol products in specified ranges of food categories.
