On the ADM beef research team, you’ll find scientists with many specialties: ruminant nutrition, beef cattle management, rumen microbiology, metabolic biochemistry, feed ingredient handling and processing, and environmental management. At our research pilot plant, these specialists explore the handling characteristics of new ingredients, perform product and process development.
We also operate an in-vitro/in-situ research center and feedlot facility, and work in cooperation with university specialists and commercial operations on field research for cow-calf and stockers. Taken together, our facilities and professional expertise add up to an industry-leading beef research program, tightly focused on developing products and programs to benefit your bottom line.
