Tocopherols
ADM is the leading provider of the E-related nutrient group, mixed tocopherols. We do this by adjusting our processes to create custom products for our customers, such as vitamin E with higher amounts of gamma-tocopherol.

Isoflavones
ADM operates one of the world’s largest soy isoflavone facilities, producing the greatest variety of isoflavone supplement products sourced from both PCR Negative and identity-preserved non-GM soybean varieties. Isoflavones have been proven beneficial to cardiovascular health, and for maintaining prostate health in men. The Novasoy® brand’s familiar “green leaf” can be found on over 125 supplement brands all over the world. We offer isoflavones in concentrations from 20% to 70%, in products specially compounded to facilitate handling and tablet-making.
Lecithin
ADM is the leading manufacturer of lecithin, a good source of phospholipid choline, which research suggests may help maintain and support liver health and cognitive brain function. Additionally, phospholipid choline has emulsifying properties, beneficial for certain product formulations. ADM produces both a liquid form for capsule manufacture and a de-oiled powdered form.
Plant Sterols
ADM produces the CardioAid™ brand of plant sterols, a class of plant-derived compounds that have proven effective in blocking the absorption of cholesterol. The FDA has indicated in a public letter that certain food products containing plant sterols may qualify for the following health claim: "FDA Health Claim - Daily consumption of a total of at least .8 grams of plant sterols in two meals may reduce the risk of heart disease when part of a diet low in fat and cholesterol."
