Clintose®

The Clintose brand denotes a variety of high-quality ADM dextrose and maltodextrin products that are often used by food manufacturers as part of the Clintose maltodextrin system. Combined with ADM’s CornSweet or other crystalline fructose, the Clintose maltodextrin system provides perfect sweetness with reduced calories. It maintains appealing mouthfeel and helps control texture, prevent crystallization and optimize a product’s freezing point. The Clintose maltodextrin system is used in a vast array of products including yogurts, frozen desserts, bars, snack foods, cereals, fortified waters, drink mixes and more.

The Clintose maltodextrin system is non-sweet and very bland, so it can be added without altering flavor profile and can be custom-formulated to work together with a variety of other ingredients.
