Internship:
Internal Audit Interns participate in audits of ADM domestic facilities with the same responsibilities as field auditors. Interns will have an opportunity to learn and develop auditing techniques and skills used by full-time auditors with up to 50% travel to domestic ADM locations. ADM Internal Audit Interns must be dynamic, hard working, enthusiastic and highly motivated team players. Excellent communications skills are essential.
Entry level:
A full-time career in Internal Audit provides exposure to all divisions of ADM, both domestic and international. Internal Auditors travel to a wide variety of agri-business operations, meeting and interacting with people in all levels of operations and management. With a job that requires up to 50% travel, auditors are responsible for identifying inherent business risks, evaluating controls and developing audit tests to determine that controls are functioning to minimize risks. We recognize the need for our Internal Auditors to balance personal and business commitments. To this end, we have implemented support initiatives to assist our auditors in achieving this balance.
