Internship:
The Grain Elevator Manager Internship program exposes an individual to all aspects of an ADM grain elevator. Interns will be exposed to areas in grain trading; space and logistics management; facility operations such as receiving, load-out of grain, maintenance and safety, financial accounting and management; and customer service including creating value for the customer in a commodity business. This intense 10-12 week internship program provides in-depth experience in the competitive world of agricultural business.
Locations – Throughout the Midwest.

Entry level:
The Grain Elevator Manager is one who manages the profitability of a grain facility through grain merchandising, accounting, operations, customer service and staff supervision. The entry level Elevator Manager embarks on a 3-stage training process to prepare for a managerial position. The career focuses upon the ability of the manager to enhance value through the safe handling and merchandising of grain and providing outstanding customer services.
