Internship:
The Grain Terminal Operations Management Intern is exposed to a hands-on experience in one of our 50 elevators located across the Midwest. Training may include the following: loading and unloading grain trucks and railcars; sampling and grading grain; loading barges; repairing and maintaining equipment; and implementing safety programs and procedures. The summer internships begin at the end of May and progress for 10-12 weeks.
Locations – Throughout the Midwest.

ADM Grain Terminal Operations Internships & Entry-Level

Entry level:
The Grain Terminal Operations Management Trainee position for full-time employees is a three-stage position. ADM recruits a person into a twelve-month training position with at least a two-year degree in agriculture related studies. The trainee then moves into stage two of their training program and will be relocated to a different elevator/terminal for further training. Stage three of this program is the continuous career advancement. Positions in stage three will include supervisors, superintendents, multiple location management, middle management and corporate careers.
