A career in Internal Audit provides exposure to all divisions of ADM, both domestic and international. Internal Auditors travel to a wide variety of agri-business operations, meeting and interacting with people in all levels of the Company. With a job that requires up to 50% travel, we recognize the need for our Internal Auditors to balance personal and business commitments. To this end, we have implemented support initiatives to assist our auditors in achieving this balance.
ADM Internal Auditors are dynamic, hard working, enthusiastic and highly motivated team players. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Education Requirements
A BA/BS degree in accounting or business, with a minimum of 15 hours of accounting.

Internships
Internal Audit Interns participate in audits with the same responsibilities as field auditors. Interns will experience 50% travel to domestic ADM locations. Paid internships also include housing.
