Located at the James R. Randall Research Center in Decatur, Illinois, the ADM Culinary Center features the latest culinary equipment to simulate both restaurant and consumer use. Our cupboards contain over 700 ingredients, including an extensive breadth of exclusive ADM ingredient innovations, plus a fully stocked spice and flavor library.
However, a significant feature of the Center is its supervising Research Chef, a graduate of both the Culinary Institute of America and the University of Maryland’s Food Science program who brings years of industry experience. Working closely with ADM Research scientists, the Culinary Center staff brings to your business a solid grounding in both research and the culinary arts. This diversity of research backgrounds enables us to collaborate smoothly with product development and other specialties, while our culinary expertise makes for a high level of taste and creativity.
