- Fibersol-2™ digestion resistant maltodextrin adds a significant amount of soluble fiber to your bars, yet is taste-free, color-free and can actually improve a product’s texture and shelf-life.
- Our complete line of natural-source vitamin E and mixed tocopherols comes in a variety of powders, oils and liquid forms, making it easy for you to incorporate with any type of bar. Plus, each one is naturally sourced, making them twice as accessible to the human body as the more common synthetic.
- NutriSoy® brand soy protein is available in concentrations from 40% to 90% protein and comes in powders, flakes and even grits.
- Our Novasoy® brand is the leading isoflavone brand in the world; by adding only 50 milligrams of Novasoy™ brand isoflavones, you give your nutrition bars the impact of isoflavones’ many benefits and claims.
- CardioAid™ plant sterols have been proven safe and effective in helping to block the absorption of cholesterol. The FDA has indicated in a public letter that certain food products containing phytosterols may qualify for the following health claim: "FDA Health Claim - Daily consumption of a total of at least .8 grams of plant sterols in two meals may reduce the risk of heart disease when part of a diet low in fat and cholesterol."
